He leads SapientNitro’s Miami business and is responsible for the work done in 375 person Miami office. Joey also sits on SapientNitro’s North America Leadership Team.
Joey has been at the forefront of developing SapientNitro’s digital acquisition, direct marketing, CRM, consumer personalization, and analytics capabilities, and played a key role in developing SapientNitro’s approach to building single view of the consumer strategies via marketing technology.
Joey has led a diverse range of clients such as Grey Goose, Regions Bank, VISIT FLORIDA, Office Depot, Hawaiian Airlines, AARP, Carnival Cruise Lines, and the Miami HEAT among others.
Jordan Lipton - Group Creative Director, SapientRazorfish For almost two decades Jordan Lipton has been a force in the industry. He’s launched, resurrected and bolstered brands like: Mercedes, Hormel, Spam, target, Marshall fields, Best Buy, Friendly’s, Crocs, Six Flags and the Miami Dolphins (his favorite football team since birth.) But it was a little over five years ago Jordan found his home, SapientNitro Miami. Jordan took the role of Creative Director, and during his tenure has used his talents to lead and create exceptional work for it’s top clients. Jordan’s true passion is helping his clients succeed. But his dream would be doing it while watching his Dolphins win the Super Bowl.

Earlier in his career, David directed the launch of video-sharing site Vimeo as well as developed, managed and executed communications campaigns for Microsoft, LG Electronics, Intel, MAXIM Magazine, Sporting News, Ritz Carlton Hotels, Crocs, Yotel NYC, DoSomething.org, The American Bible Society, Medialets among many other established and startup brands.
Matt Sacco joined The Rubin Group in 2017 in the role of Government Consultant where he lobbies at the state and local level on behalf of the firm’s diverse portfolio of clients. Rubin Group clients and issues span nearly every industry including commercial and residential real estate, airline, hospitality, health care, gaming, medicinal marijuana, transportation, finance, insurance, communications, retail, sports and entertainment, advocacy groups, unions, and more.
Previously, Sacco spent three years as Sr. Vice President of Strategy for Roc Nation where he oversaw the company’s branding department which focused on business development and strategic partnerships for the a diverse portfolio of artists, athletes, events, tours and other assets.
Prior to joining Roc Nation, Sacco spent nine-plus years with Sunrise Sports & Entertainment, the Florida Panthers Hockey Club and the BB&T Center in Sunrise, Fla., most recently as Executive Vice President and Chief Communications Officer.

Nicky gravitates toward the hospitality world due to her lifelong love of entertaining. Working with clients including CHANEL, Samsung, Morgans Hotel Group, HRH Prince Robert of Luxembourg, Perrier, and the MLS All Star Team, she has developed a keen aesthetic eye, a talent for curating guest lists, and an innovative approach to event marketing.
In 2012, Nicky and partner Teddie Davies, founded COLLECTIVE, a collaborative communications agency, with a focus on luxury hospitality, and food & beverage. COLLECTIVE currently represents dining destinations from Aspen to New York City, and unique vacation properties in global locales including Normandy, and Nicaragua.
During her time at the University of Miami, Nicky was a member of several student organizations, and President of Sigma Delta Tau Sorority's Alpha Mu chapter.
Nicky has a degree in Public Relations & Graphic Arts from the School of Communications.
